Clarios Germany GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter called „CLARIOS“) take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Below, we particularly want to let you know which data we save, when we save them and how we use them.

ANONYMOUS DATA COLLECTION
You can principally visit the websites of CLARIOS without disclosing your identity. We only get to know the name of your internet service providers, the website from which you are visiting us, and which of our websites you are visiting. These information are analysed for statistical purposes exclusively. You, as an individual user, remain anonymous.

Hereby, it is of great importance for us that only indispensable data are collected.

In addition, we use and process your details to inform you, via the communication channel given by you (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail, telephone), about our products, services and actions that could be of interest for you, and, if applicable, to perform customer surveys. As far as prescribed by law, your data will not be used for advertising purposes, unless you have given your prior consent. 

Processing of your personal data saved will take place in countries of the European Economic Area, exclusively.

PASSING ON OF PERSONAL DATA
It is only to service and partner companies supporting us with the processing of customer enquiries that we pass on personal data. These companies are not allowed to use your personal data other than for the purpose of fulfilling their tasks on our behalf and are bound to comply with the pertinent data protection regulations.  

Occasionally, we may be compelled to disclose your data on grounds of statutory provisions or legal transactions. Apart from that, personal data are not passed on to any third parties.

RIGHT OF OBJECTION
You are, at any time, entitled to object to the above described use of your data for advertising and market research purposes by a short message to the address below, or to revoke your consent with future effect.

YOUR RIGHT TO INFORMATION AND TO THE CORRECTION AND DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In addition, you are, of course, at any time entitled to request information as to which data about you are saved and to which purpose this saving is performed.
